We have a proud history as a local farmer-owned cooperative.
It all started in 1918 with a small group of farmers who wanted to save money by purchasing in bulk.
From the first home at a railroad siding, the collaboration evolved into a small retail store which has now expanded many times at the High Street location. 

From that small group, the member/owners now number more than 600, all involved in agriculture now or in the past.

From the small store, we now offer thousands of products for the home, farm, yard, garden and pets of all kinds.

Our members raise crops, livestock, nursery stock, dairy products, maple syrup, forest products and more.  They also provide services for large and small farmers.
Member farms are located in Franklin, Hampshire and Berkshire counties in Massachusetts plus Windham County, Vermont and Cheshire County, New Hampshire.

We're an "old fashioned" farm store in that we have a huge variety and really know our products and want to know YOU and how we can help you out.  It's a very friendly place and even if we're "old fashioned" We're all over the new products and keep adding to what we do.
We carry our packages to your car, help load supplies and also deliver.
