MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to those actively engaged in agriculture whose application is approved by the Board of Directors.  Members must live in Franklin County and Hampshire County, Windam Country, Vermont and Cheshire County New Hampshire.

STOCK

Currently, stock is limited to five shares at a cost of $25.00. Each member must own a minimum of five shares and, when available, may purchase additional shares.

Stock is non-transferable and should be sold back to The Exchange when the member moves out of the area or ceases farming.

CREDIT

Credit is extended to members, but membership does not guarantee credit.  It is approved by a separate process.
